The Windsor Clippers will embark on the second half of the 2016 season beginning Thursday night with the first of four games in seven nights.
The Windsor Clippers will host the Point Edward Pacers at Forest Glade arena at 8:00pm.
The Windsor Clippers enter the second half with a record of 8-2, in a league that appears to be up for grabs. Following Thursday’s game the Clippers will host the Elora Mohawks on Saturday night at 7:00 pm, followed by a couple of short road trips to London on Sunday afternoon to meet the Blue Devils, and to Wallaceburg on Wednesday night to take on the Red Devils.
The Windsor Clippers also enter the second half with three players in the top 10 in scoring. Logan Holmes leads the league with 19 goals and 52 assists for 71 points. Just behind him in fourth spot is team-mate Andrew Garant who has 17 goals and 36 assists for 53 points. Ryan Marchand is in a tie for tenth spot with 15 goals and 30 assists for 45 points in nine games. Windsor’s goaltending tandem of Brayden Bell and Mike Cameron are currently 5th and 6th respectively in GAA. Bell has a 5.94 GAA while Cameron has a 6.00 GAA
