FINA Volunteer Drivers Wanted for World Swimming Championship

Are you 25 or older with a clean driving record and a passion for our city and region?

If yes, then the City of Windsor has a great volunteer opportunity for you!

The FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) will take place at the WFCU Centre from December 6 to 11, and drivers are needed to shuttle VIP’s from location to location (e.g. from hotels or training venues to the WFCU Centre and back).

There will be day, afternoon and evening shifts available.

Vehicles are provided by Chrysler and include the 200, 300 and the all new Windsor-built Pacifica.

To join the team, all you have to do is make your way to the WFCU Centre at 5:30pm this Wednesday, November 30, or Thursday, December 1 for a quick information and sign-up session.  Please bring your driver’s licence to the Collavino Hall in the WFCU Centre, 8787 McHugh St.
