STREAKS ON THE LINE IN BOTH OF TONIGHT’S GAMES
Three players look to extend lengthy point streaks when they take the ice tonight:
Stars forward Alexander Radulov (4-6—10 in 7 GP) will look to extend his point streak to eight games when Dallas begins a three-game road trip in Carolina. Radulov, who signed a five-year contract with the Stars in July, has had one point streak of at least eight games in his career, in 2007-08 with the Predators (8-2—10 in 8 GP).
Flames teammates Johnny Gaudreau (4-6—10 in 6 GP) and Sean Monahan (3-5—8 in 6 GP) each aim for points in seven consecutive games when they take on the Western Conference-leading Blues. Gaudreau (6-16—22) is tied for fourth in League scoring with Blues forward Jaden Schwartz (9-13—22) and Penguins forward Phil Kessel (7-15—22), while Monahan shares second in the NHL with four game-winning goals.
