Quinnel Brown Named to NBLC 10th Anniversary All-Time Team
He is a back-to-back champion whose legendary work ethic has made him a feared all-around played – and now he is the first active player to be named among the league’s all-time greats.
Today, the National Basketball League of Canada (NBLC) named Quinnel Brown to the 10th Anniversary All-Time Team, comprised of the 10 greatest players in league history. Further players will be announced on the league homepage (nblcanada.ca) and social media channels through from April 14.
“Quinnel is a consistent, reliable player who demands respect on and off the court. The guy is an iron horse, whose work ethic and attitude have set examples for teammates and coaches for years now,” said Audley Stephenson, NBLC Vice-president of Basketball Operations. “He’s all business – all the time, so it’s not hard to see how he was the backbone of Windsor’s title runs.”

For his career, the Chicago native ranks among the league’s all-time leaders in rebounds (11th), field goals (11th), blocked shots (13th), and steals (13th). this season, the 6-foot-6-inch Brown sits among the Top 5 scoring average leaders.
