4th Annual RUN for WINDSOR in support of Windsor Regional Hospital

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Elders Association in cooperation with the City of Windsor and Windsor Regional Hospital are delighted to announce the 4th Annual Run for Windsor in support of the future Windsor Regional Hospital.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at has been in Canada for over 50 years and takes pride in giving back to the community.

Run for Windsor is a first in the community and has seen similar events hosted by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at across the nation. This year’s Run will help achieve our goal of more than half a million dollars towards furthering our dedication and commitment to our community.

“Love for homeland is part of the Ahmadiyya Muslim faith and this initiative, to help make the region’s vision for a new Windsor-Essex Hospital System a reality is a clear demonstration of this,” said Drew Dilkens, Mayor of the Corporation of the City of Windsor.

“Choosing to support the future Windsor Regional Hospital Urgent Care Centre through the Run for Windsor event is a great testimonial to the future of the Windsor Essex Hospitals System. I thank the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at for their forward-thinking to improve access to state-of-the-art healthcare facilities for the citizens of Windsor and Essex County,” stated David Musyj, President and CEO, Windsor Regional Hospital.
