Manny Silverio has been named the team’s Joe Schmoes Player of the Month for November, head coach and general manager Bill Bowler announced.

Silverio scored a team-high 10 goals and 17 points in nine November games.
He will be presented with the award before the Vipers next game, Wednesday, Dec. 2 against the Chatham Maroons.

Game time is 7 pm. Tickets are available one hour before game time ($9 adult, $7 student/senior, children under six get in free).
The game is sponsored by the Salvation Army, and the team will be collecting donations for their Christmas Kettle Campaign.
Silverio, 18, leads the Vipers with 38 points this season, and his 19 goals are first in the GOJHL Western Conference.
He also won the award in October, posting 16 points in 10 games.
He was presented with the October award prior to the Vipers Nov. 4th game at the Vollmer Centre, and promptly went out and scored a hat trick to lead the Vipers to a 5-3 win over the St. Thomas Stars.
The Windsor Jr. Spitfires AAA product was the co-winner of the Vipers Rookie of the Year award in 2014-15, posting 49 points in 48 regular season games and helping the team reach the Sutherland Cup Finals.
