Spitfires Mourn the Passing of Paul Giallonardo
The Windsor Spitfires are mourning the passing of Alumni Paul Giallonardo who passed away at age of 39, after a battle with cancer.
A native of Unionville, Ontario, Giallonardo played for the Markham Islanders before his OHL debut. Giallonardo tallied 247 career games with the Spitfires between 2001-2005, recording 91 points and 323 PIMs.
After his OHL career, Paul played with the St. Thomas University in the CIS for three seasons before one international year in Italy.
