evenko is proud to announce that the tickets for the season finale double-header of the 2016/17 FIA Formula E Championship, the Montreal ePrix, will officially go on sale on January 21st at 10 a.m. from only $32 per ticket, per day.
For the very first time in the streets of the city, in collaboration with the City of Montreal, the 2017 Montreal ePrix will feature two races on an urban circuit in the Ville-Marie borough on July 29 & 30, 2017, as part of the celebrations for the 375th anniversary of Montreal.
This important international event is the flagship project of the non-profit organization Montreal, It’s Electric!, whose mission has been given by the city of Montreal, to promote transportation electrification and its integration into the urban mobility in the metropolitan region.
For the purpose of fully contributing to the goals of the project in terms of sustainable development, evenko will set in motion its first “mobile ticket” policy. This will allow purchasers to avoid printing their tickets on paper in order to access their smartphone.
Launched in 2014, the FIA Formula E Championship now features twelve races in ten of the world’s major cities – New York, Paris, Berlin, Hong Kong, Brussels, Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Marrakesh, Monaco, and now Montreal, where the champion of the 2016/17 season will be crowned on July 30.
The 2.75 km (1.71 mile) circuit consists of 14 turns and winds its way along Rue Viger E and past Maison Radio-Canada – with the 20 fully-electric Formula E cars launching from the start-line on Boulevard Rene-Levesque E.

As part of the two final races of the FIA Formula E Championship taking place in Montreal on July 29 & 30, 2017, evenko is proud to announce that the spokesperson of this world-class sporting event will be Mr. Patrick Carpentier.
As a professional racing driver from 1985 to 2012, Patrick Carpentier had an outstanding career with 17 Formula Atlantic podiums, 22 CART Series podiums and two NASCAR Nationwide podiums. He also broke several records, including the records for most victories in a season and for the longest winning streak (eight victories) from the pole position.
The 2017 Montreal ePrix will happen in the heart of the Ville-Marie borough, climaxing with the crowning of the winner of the 2016/17 FIA Formula E Championship, which featured races in such major world cities as New York, Paris, Berlin and Hong Kong. The 2.75 km (1.71 mile) circuit will consist of 14 turns and wind its way along Rue Viger E and past Maison Radio-Canada — with the 20 fully-electric Formula E cars launching from the start-line on Boulevard Rene-Levesque E. A flurry of other activities will occur in the eVillage and the four eZones of the racing site, at the height of the celebrations of Montreal’s 375th anniversary.

On January 19, Patrick Carpentier will take part in the media day of the Montreal Auto Show, which will welcome guests at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal from January 20 to 29. Note that during the whole Auto Show, a Formula E simulator will give fans the chance to show off their driving skills.
