Toronto Blue Jays take on the Boston Red Sox on April 1 and 2 at Olympic Stadium Montreal in pre-season action.

After the tremendous success of the last year’s series, the Blue Jays return to Montreal’s Olympic Stadium with the Boston Red Sox as their opponents. The event also marks the 40th anniversary of Olympic Park.

”The movement supporting the return of Major League Baseball in Montreal is stronger than ever before. To that extent, it is of utmost importance that Montrealers and baseball aficionados from across the province of Quebec gather at the Olympic Stadium for these two preseason match-ups in April. This amazing event will serve as tangible proof that baseball remains very popular and, thus sends a non-equivocal message to MLB management.” – Denis Coderre, Mayor of Montréal
