Bowl For Kids Sake, the Big Brothers Big Sisters
Bowl For Kids Sake, the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Windsor Essex Foundation’s largest signature fundraising event, will take place in Windsor on March 1ST & 2ND.
This year’s theme FANDEMONIUM gives participants the opportunity to show their support for their favourite fave (team, band, show, movie, character etc.) while supporting children in our community.
Bowl For Kids Sake is a great opportunity for businesses and individuals to help children in Windsor and Essex County by forming bowling teams and gathering pledges, or by becoming a sponsor. Prizes are awarded for best dressed team and top individual fundraiser. The theme for 2019 is Fandemonium, teams are encouraged to dress as a fan in support of their favourite Fave, such as a sports team, a band, characters from TV or movies etc. Prizes are awarded at each session for best dressed team.
By participating in Bowl for Kids Sake, individuals and business will start something BIG for children in Windsor and Essex County! All funds raised stay in our community and support seven different mentoring programs run by Big Brothers Big Sisters of Windsor Essex.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Windsor Essex currently supports over 800 children through these programs. Evidence shows that every dollar donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Windsor-Essex translates into $18.00 of social benefits in the region. Each time we pair a child with a mentor or introduce a group of children to our group programs, we start something incredible – a life‐changing relationship built on friendship, trust and empowerment.
Funds raised through Bowl For Kids Sake assist in funding these vital youth mentorship programs in our community!
The Windsor Bowl will take place at The Rose Bowl, located at 2482 Dougall Ave. Session times are Friday: 6:00 pm & 8:30 pm and Saturday: 6:00 pm.
