CANADA’S MEN’S BASKETBALL TEAM TAKES GAME ONE WITH WIN OVER NIGERIA

In exhibition play the Canadian Senior Men’s National team kicked off their road to the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup with a 96-87 win over Nigeria, Wednesday night in Toronto at Ryerson University. This was the first of a two game set. The second game will be played in Winnipeg on August 9, 2019.

Canada then travels to Australia for a five-game exhibition series against Australia.
