EASTER SEALS CELEBRITY HOCKEY CLASSIC

$1500CELEBRITY HOCKEY COMES TO WINDSOR ESSEX FOR THE SECOND ANNUAL EASTER SEALS CELEBRITY HOCKEY CLASSIC
On Friday, October 18, hockey fans in the Windsor Essex area will have the opportunity to skate with NHL greats in the city’s second annual Celebrity Hockey Classic in support of Easter Seals Ontario.
The tournament kicks off the evening of Thursday, October 17 with an unforgettable Sports Dinner, where each team will select an NHL star to play on their team. Draft positions will be determined by the total dollars raised by each team.
After an evening spent getting to know their celebrity teammate, teams will hit the ice on Friday, October 18 at the WFCU Centre.
Each team must pay a registration fee of $1,500 (non-refundable/non-receiptable) and fundraising to qualify to play in the tournament.
There will also be a “Family Skate with NHL Alumni” on tournament day at 4:30. Everyone is welcome and is by donation only.
Donations can be made to the Easter Seals Ambassadors team or at the event.
Funds raised through this event will go toward Easter Seals Ontario programs and services that benefit children and youth with physical disabilities in our community and across the province.
Participants in this event will be helping to provide the pivotal support that kids with physical disabilities need to break through barriers and reach their full potential in life.
