Linemates Christian Fischer and Logan Brown had the type of monster week that made us give them each a share the Windsor Spitfires Motorburger Player of the Week.

Both had four goals and three assists, as the Spitfires extended their current winning streak to five games with victories over Barrie, Flint and Sault Ste Marie.

Each player also had a hat-trick over the weekend: Fischer’s came in a 6-4 win in Flint on Saturday night
and Brown’s in a 4-3 victory over the Greyhounds Sunday in the Soo.

Fischer leads the team in goals (33) and points (79), and they’re tied for top spot with 46 assists.

 

Fish and Brownie will be recognized for their outstanding play as the Spitfires host the North Bay Battalion this Saturday, March 5th.
