St Clair Green Giants Split Doubleheader in Flat Rock
The St. Clair Green Giants split their double header with the Lake Erie Monarchs losing game one 4-0 and winning game two 8-3.
In game one the Green Giants bats were silenced as they only managed 1 hit in the game.
In game 2 the Green Giants bats woke up as they had a huge 8 run second inning and cruised to an 8-3 win.
Ryan Porras got the win for St. Clair in a must win game.
Offensively Ty Barclay and Nick Howie led the Green Giants with 2 hits each.
The Green Giants will return home to Lacasse Park Wednesday night when they host the same Monarchs in a doubleheader.
Game one is scheduled for 5:05pm with game 2 scheduled for 7:05pm.
