Healthy Kids Community Challenge 2016 Windsor-Essex vs. Lambton Partners

The Healthy Kids Community Challenge really lives up to its name in the month of April!

It’s community vs. community in a classic challenge in the name of healthy, active living.  The Windsor-Essex HKCC partners have challenged those in Lambton County to a fun, friendly competition.

From April 1 to April 30, 2016 Windsor-Essex residents of all ages are encouraged to get active and record their results in a new online tracking system.

Any type of physical activity counts: walking, running, jumping, swimming—you name it!  Just don’t forget to record your results.

This is just the first of several activities planned for 2016 by the Healthy Kids Community Challenge, so be sure to check the website regularly.
