KINGSVILLE KINGS FALL TO LONDON LAKERS

Down 5-1, the Kingsville Kings rallied back but it was too little, too late as they fell to the visiting London Lakers 6-5 Sunday afternoon.

Facing their rivals, the Kings saw their Greater Metrol Junior ‘A’ Hockey League record slip to 27-7-0-5.

Matyas Kasek had one of his best games of the season for the Kings, notching a pair of tallies including his 20th of the season. Also scoring for Kingsville were Brendan MacKenzie, Dan Leach and Thomas McKinnon.

With the post-season looming on the horizon, the Kings have just five games left in the regular season. Upcoming, they travel to Niagara to take on the Whalers on Thursday, are at St. George on Friday and Sunday play host to Tillsonburg at 3 p.m.
