This past weekend the St Clair College Alumni Assertion presented the organizers of the Knobby’s Kids Hockey and Skating Program a cheque for $5,000 to cover the ice rental and insurance for the 2016/17 season.

This is the 5^th year that the alumni association donated towards covering their ice rental fees.

This program gives underprivileged kids in Windsor, an opportunity to play hockey and skate every Saturday morning from  8 to 11 at Lanspeary Park Outdoor Ice Rink on Ottawa street.

Robert “Knobby” Knudsen was the founder of this community imitative who passed away in 2011.
