The Vipers 10-1-0-0 month of February helped them climb into the third seed in the GOJHL Western Conference and earn home ice in the first round of the playoffs, set to begin Wednesday night at the Vollmer Centre.
Billing, an 18-year-old Tecumseh native, posted a perfect 8-0-0-0 record in February, and has won nine straight games overall dating back to January.
Billing defeated the first place Leamington Flyers (3-2 Feb. 17) and second place London Nationals twice (5-3 Feb. 20, 6-2 Feb. 28) during the streak. He has started the Vipers last six games, the longest stretch of consecutive starts in his junior hockey career.
Beaudoin recorded 12 assists and 19 points (both Viper team highs), while Doucette had four assists and played major minutes to help solidify a Vipers defence that was missing both captain Nathan Veres and key contributor Ryan Sarris for the majority of the month.
