Leamington Flyers Start 2024 OJHL Playoffs Against Georgetown
The Leamington Flyers will open their first playoff appearance in the Ontario Junior Hockey League on Friday night against Georgetown.
The Flyers finished 3rd in the OJHL’s Western Conference, matching them up with home ice advantage against the sixth seed Georgetown Raiders.
Game 1 will be held Friday, March 8th at 7:10pm at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre.
During the regular season, the Flyers were 2-1-1 against the Raiders, including a victory in their most recent matchup, 6-5 on February 17th in Leamington.
Darian Anderson, Cameron Arquette, Griffin Grundner and Nathan Leek each scored twice doing the season series, while Anthony Ciaramitaro had four assists in the four contests, that saw Leamington outscore Georgetown 17-11.
