MAPLE LEAFS SIGN BRACCO TO ENTRY-LEVEL CONTRACT

The Toronto Maple Leafs have signed forward Jeremy Bracco to an entry-level contract.

Bracco, 20, has skated in 57 Ontario Hockey League (OHL) games this season with both the Kitchener Rangers and Windsor Spitfires. In 27 games with the Rangers, he collected 17 goals and 34 assists for 51 points. Since being traded to Windsor on January 9, Bracco has registered 32 points (eight goals, 24 assists) in 30 games with the Spitfires. In 106 career OHL games Bracco has 46 goals and 101 assists. The Freeport, New York native was also selected to participate in the 2017 World Junior Hockey Championships with the United States, where he registered five points in seven games and captured the gold medal. Bracco was originally drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 2nd round (61st overall) of the 2015 NHL Draft.

The Maple Leafs return to action tomorrow night when they travel to Columbus for a 7 p.m. game against the Blue Jackets.
