NHL NEWS NOV 4 – Ovechkin Stalls Jets Rally
OVECHKIN NETS ANOTHER OT WINNER AS CAPITALS SURVIVE JETS RALLY
The Capitals surrendered a 3-0 lead in the third period but Alex Ovechkin (2-1—3) scored at 3:21 of overtime to lift Washington to its fourth consecutive victory.
Ovechkin has collected more points against the Jets/Thrashers franchise than any other NHL club (45-43—88 in 61 GP).
The Winnipeg Jets are in Detroit tonight to take on the Red Wings.

- The Department of Player Safety suspended Kings defenseman Tom Gilbert for three games for boarding Ducks forward Nick Ritchie
- The Lightning hosted their Hockey Fights Cancer night
