RED WINGS 1997 STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONSHIP CELEBRATION NIGHT

The Red Wings 1997 Championship Team Reunited for Pre-Game Ceremony, Stanley Cup® at The Joe, Lucky Fans Had a Chance to Win Autographed Jerseys “Off the Back” of 1997 Cup Winning Team!

Former head coach Scotty Bowman, forwards Brendan Shanahan, Tomas Holmstrom and many others from the Red Wings 1997 team were on hand at Joe Louis Arena, Tuesday, Dec. 27 for the 1997 Stanley Cup Championship Celebration Night as the Red Wings hosted the Buffalo Sabres at 7:30 p.m.

Members from the Red Wings championship team were reunited for a pre-game ceremony, the Stanley Cup was also at The Joe and lucky fans in attendance were selected to receive autographed jerseys from members of the 1997 Stanley Cup® Championship Team.

The Sabres held off the Wings for a 4-3 win.
