Preparations are underway for another summer full of fun at Sandpoint Beach.

 

In order to ensure that conditions are the best that they can be, the official opening of the beach will be Saturday June 10, 2017, and not Monday June 5 as originally hoped for. The extra time will allow recreation crews to continue to work on beach grading and debris removal. We are also hopeful for an increase in the water temperature!

 

Supervision of the water by Lifeguards is weather and/or water quality dependent. Beach-goers are reminded to obey posted signage and Health Unit Advisory Information.
