The Spitfires best the Owen Sound Attack 5-0 Thursday night, in front of a crowd of 4,211 at the WFCU Centre.
Cristiano DiGiacinto (15), Logan Stanley (3) and Mikhail Sergachev (11) had the other goals for Windsor (24-10-5-0), which won its fourth straight game to increase its lead atop the West Division to 10 points over second place Sarnia.
Gabriel Vilardi and Christian Fischer each chipped in a pair of assists, while Connor Chatham recorded his first point as a Spitfire in his first game since coming over in a trade from Flint.
The Spitfires hit the road tomorrow for a couple big games against Eastern Conference foes, with stops in Barrie (Saturday) and Oshawa (Sunday).
