On Thursday November 18, 2021, the Windsor Spitfires raised Glenn Hall’s banner to the rafters of the WFCU Centre. Hall played for the Windsor Spitfires from 1949-51. Hall would go on to win the Red Tilson Trophy in 1951. “Mr. Goalie” went on to a long NHL career that saw him win a Stanley Cup and three Vezina Trophies. Hall was a seven time First Team All-Star, (NHL goaltending record). Hall also lead the NHL in shutouts six different times.
