WINDSOR CLIPPERS FALL SHORT

The Windsor Clippers fell short in Elora on Sunday night dropping a 6-5 decision to the home town Mohawks. The loss puts the Clippers at 7-2-1 at the halfway point f the season.

Chase Kavanaugh scored once and had two assists to lead the Clippers scoring. Nathan Salaris, Jake Rosa, Andrew Garant and Jesse Macdonald were the other goal scorers for the Clippers.

Joel Evans suffered the loss in goal for he Clippers, stopping 35 of 41 shots.

The Clippers next home game is this Thursday night when the Point Edward Pacers visit the shipyard at Forest Glade arena. Game time is 8:00 pm.
