WINDSOR CLIPPERS JUNE 2 2019 – MOHAWKS HUMBLE CLIPPERS

The Elora Mohawks came into town and defeated the Windsor Clippers 9-4 on Sunday night. Too many unforced turnovers and too many penalties was the undoing of the Clippers on a night when they beat themselves. The Mohawks are 11-2-1- on the season while the Clippers fall to 11-3-2. Both teams have clinched a playoff spot.

Malikye Good, Josh Rosa, Nathan Salaris and Blain Wallace were the Clippers goal scorers. Carson Hebner was solid in goal for the Clippers. Hebner stopped 49 of 58 shots and soaked the loss for the Clippers.

The Clippers will play their final regular season home game on Thursday night against the Wallaceburg Red Devils. Game time at Forest Glade arena is 8:00 pm.
