CLIPPERS RECAP JUNE 6 – WINDSOR CLIPPERS FALL TO WALLACEBURG RED DEVILS

The Windsor Clippers dropped a huge divisional game to the Wallaceburg Red Devils 14-6 . The loss drops the Clippers into second place in the Far West with a record of 9-5-1. Both teams had identical records going into the contest.

Goaltending continues to be the Clippers Achilles heal at they gave up 14 goals on 37 shots. The Clippers offence was also pretty quiet, scoring six times on 49 shots. The Clippers could not capitalize on a 5-3 or a five minute power play opportunity.

Scoring for the Clippers tonight were Craig Marentette, Chad Marentette, Alex Mayhead, Chase Kavanaugh, Andrew Garant and Noah Bushnell.

The Clippers next home game is this Thursday night against the London Blue Devils. Game time is 8:00 pm
