Express Sign Guard Wally Ellenson
The Windsor Express have signed guard Wally Ellenson.
Ellenson, 6-foot-6, 200 pounds, is a native of Rice Lake, Wisconsin. From 2012-2014 Ellenson played at the University of Minnesota (NCAA Div. I) then transfered to Marquette University (NCAA Div. I) for the 2015-16 season.
Ellenson was also an NCAA First Team All-American high jumper at both schools. He owns the all-time high jump record at Marquette and in 2014, finished 2nd in the NCAA national outdoor high jump championships.
Henry Ellenson is the younger brother of Wally and was selected in the 1st round (18th overall) by the Detroit Pistons in the 2016 NBA entry draft.
