Ride Don’t Hide 2025 returns to the Ciociaro Club Pavillion and the roads of beautiful Essex County, with even more family-friendly activities for all!

6:30am – Registration Opens: 100km
7:00am – 100km Ride Departs
8:15am – Registration Opens: 50km Ride
8:45am – 50km Departs
9:15am – Registration Opens: 5km Walk, 5km Run, 10km Run, 20km Ride
9:45am – 5km Walk, 5km Run, 10km Run, & 20km Ride Departs
11:00am – Program & Lunch

Monday, May 5 – Mental Health Monday
Let’s celebrate and kick off Spirit Week and Mental Health Week with a Cinco de Mayo party at Walkerville Brewery! Details and tickets here!
Tuesday, May 6 – Team-Up Tuesday
Register a minimum of ten participants on your team by end of day Friday and your team will be entered into a draw for personalized team shirts!
(Max. 25 team members for the draw.)
Wednesday, May 7 – Walking Wednesday
Lace up your sneakers and join CMHA-WECB, the City of Windsor, Caesars Windsor and other downtown businesses to kick-off the annual Walking Wednesday initiative with a 1km walk along the Riverfront. Sign-up onsite and receive a discounted registration fee!
Thursday, May 8 – Thankful Thursday

Friday, May 9 – FUNdraising Friday
Ride Don’t Hide brings awareness AND raises funds. Not comfortable asking others for money? Why not turn your hobby into a fundraiser! Hold a bake sale, host a lemonade stand with your kids, coordinate a BBQ at work, the possibilities are endless!
