GolfLogix Introduces Putt Breaks, A Putting App Helping Every Golfer Read Putts Like the Pros 

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jan. 24, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — GolfLogix, the Number 1 App for Golf and a global leader in GPS and club-tracking technology, now includes highly accurate Putt Break Maps that show players where their approach shots will roll and how their putts will break. Modeled after the maps that professional golfers use on tour, GolfLogix’s Putt Break Maps are the only topographical guides of their kind available to everyday golfers at an accessible price.
 
With this major release, GolfLogix adds new game-management features to guide players through every phase of the game. On approach, easy-to-read diagrams illustrate the contours and flows of the entire green, helping players with their club selection and ball placement strategy so that players know which part of the green to hit to. Moreover, with every putt, players can see precise closeup views of the breaks between the ball and cup — subtle changes in elevation and green direction that are often undetectable to the naked eye.

GolfLogix Putt Break Maps are sold as in-app purchases with annual, monthly and two-day purchase options for each mapped course. Putt Break Maps are available for over 5,000 courses today, and GolfLogix will add more than 200 new courses each week using a proprietary mapping process.

Putt Breaks is inside the GolfLogix app, which is free to download for iOS and Android. In addition to Putt Break Maps, the app will continue to provide accurate distances to the center of the green, yardage book quality imagery of each hole, scorekeeping, and in-round pro-level stat tracking for nearly 30,000 courses worldwide.
