Windsor TFC has appointed John Carvalho as the head coach of the boys U13 entry in the Western Region Soccer League for the 2018 season

“This step forward for Windsor TFC Academy is important for the future development of soccer in Windsor and Essex County,” said Vancho Cirovski, president of Windsor TFC. “I want to take this opportunity to welcome John to Windsor TFC and to wish him much success.”

Carvalho joins the U13 team after six years at the helm of Windsor Wheels Soccer Club. He is licensed by the National Coaches Certification Program and is a member of Soccer Coach Canada.

The Western Region Soccer League operated its first season in 2007. The league and its predecessor was established to enhance the development of local boys and girls and to reduce the amount of travel required.
