Lakeshore Returns to Ice Sports Safely

The Town of Lakeshore will slowly start the return to ice sports beginning on August 10th. The first step in this reopening process will see ice rentals resume at the Atlas Tube Centre’s Rink C.

“I know residents will be excited to hear this news” stated Lakeshore Mayor, Tom Bain. “Our sports organizations, parents, players and skaters have been waiting patiently to get back on the ice”.

Lakeshore Recreation has guidelines and procedures to be followed in order to restart the ice sports. Before entering the arena, participants will be educated on procedures according to the latest restrictions. Further protocols have been listed below.

  • Ice rentals are limited to Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm, for the remainder of August.
