LIONS SIGN DB CHARLES WASHINGTON TO PRACTICE SQUAD AND RELEASE WR JAY LEE FROM PRACTICE SQUAD

The Detroit Lions have re-signed DB Charles Washington to the team’s practice squad and released WR Jay Lee from the practice squad.

Washington originally signed with the Lions earlier this season as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Fresno State. He joined the Lions practice squad at the beginning of the regular season before being released on October 12. In Detroit’s four preseason games in 2016, he recorded four solo tackles and one pass defense.
