Maple Leafs announced today that the club has reassigned goaltender Antoine Bibeau to the American Hockey League’s Toronto Marlies.
Bibeau, 21, has appeared in 10 games with the Toronto Marlies this season, posting a record of 6-3-0 with a 0.869 save percentage and a 3.64 goals against average. The Victoriaville, Quebec native was drafted by the Maple Leafs in the 6th round (172nd overall) during the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
The Leafs return to the ice on Tuesday, December 15 when they host the Tampa Bay Lighting at Air Canada Centre while the Marlies’ next game takes place on Friday, December 11 in Utica.
