DETROIT PISTONS MEET THE TEAM

Fans To Get First Look At New Team During Free Event At The Palace.

The Detroit Pistons will host a “Meet the Team” event at The Palace on Tuesday, October 4 beginning at 6:30 p.m., giving fans their first look at the 2016-17 Detroit Pistons team.

Admission is free and guests can enter the arena through the Dodge Atrium located at the west entrance beginning at 6:30 p.m.

The first 500 fans in attendance will receive a free fountain Sprite and a will take home a Detroit Basketball t-shirt.

Full-team introductions will begin at 6:45 p.m. and Head Coach and President of Basketball Operations Stan Van Gundy will be on the microphone and lead the team through a series of offensive and defensive concepts – giving fans an opportunity to see the types of offensive plays and defensive schemes the team will deploy throughout the season.

Following the team demonstrations, fans will get a chance to meet Pistons players at interactive player stations along the concourse starting at 7:15 p.m.

All guests are encouraged to visit the Pistons Locker Room Stores for special sales on Pistons merchandise.

Select concessions will also be open throughout the event.
