RED WINGS 2016-17 PRESEASON SCHEDULE

“Farewell Season at The Joe” Begins Sept. 27 with Exhibition Contest against Pittsburgh

The Red Wings begin their preseason slate by hosting the Eastern Conference-champion Pittsburgh Penguins on Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 7:30 p.m.

Detroit will then play two back-to-back sets against the Boston Bruins (in Boston on Wednesday, Sept. 28 and at Joe Louis Arena on Friday, Sept. 30) and Chicago Blackhawks (in Detroit on Sunday, Oct. 2 and in Chicago on Tuesday, Oct. 4).

The Red Wings will also visit the Penguins (Wednesday, Oct. 5) and Toronto Maple Leafs (Friday, Oct. 7) before wrapping up the preseason against the Maple Leafs at home on Saturday, Oct. 8.
