St Clair Indoor Soccer Teams Off to Provincial Championships

The St Clair indoor soccer varsity teams will be taking part in the OCAA Indoor Soccer Championships at Redeemer University in Ancaster from Thursday, March 23 to Saturday, March 25. The event features the top 10 male and female teams from across Ontario.

The St. Clair women advanced to the Championship by finishing first at the Regional Championship going 3-0. The Saints are in a pool with Sheridan, Humber, Redeemer and Sault. They will play two games on Thursday and two on Friday with the top 2 teams in their pool advancing to the semi-finals on Saturday.

The St. Clair men made it to the Championship going 1-1-1 in their pool placing 2nd at Regionals. The men are in a pool with Redeemer, Fanshawe, Mohawk and the University of Toronto-Mississauga . Like the women, the men will also play two games on Thursday and two on Friday with the top 2 teams in their pool advancing to the semi-finals on Saturday. The St. Clair men are the defending OCAA Silver Medalists.
