Local soccer legend Stephen Ademolu will join the Windsor TFC Academy coaching staff on a permanent basis Windsor, September 30, 2016

Windsor TFC Stars a pro-am and youth elite soccer club, which participates in League1 Ontario, the premier soccer league in the Province announced that Stephen Ademolu has joined its coaching staff. He will be engaged on a permanent basis throughout the year in regular training sessions to pass on his knowledge, skill and passion for the game to a young and hungry group of Windsor TFC Academy prospects. “We are very pleased that we are able to secure Stephen in this capacity” said Vancho Cirovski, President of Windsor TFC. “Stephen has been a great contributor to the program as a player and we are excited to continue the relationship with one of the best players the community has produced. He’s become a great trainer and has the passion to be a great coach”, added Cirovski.

Ademolu was a star standout in high school at Herman, the Windsor FC Nationals, at Cleveland State in NCAA Division 1 Soccer, and played professionally for three clubs in European Premier Leagues in Sweden, Norway and Lithuania, where he starred in several Champions League games. Most recently, he starred with the Windsor Stars of League 1 Ontario. Stephen is by far the most decorated locally developed soccer player and is eager to inspire the next generation.
