Sutherland Cup Championship Parade Set For Saturday

The Sutherland Cup Champion, Leamington Flyers are excited to celebrate with our hockey community on Saturday, May 13th, 2023.

The team will be part of a parade through the streets of Leamington, starting at 5:00pm from Town Hall and ending at the Nature Fresh Farms Recreation Centre.

A free family BBQ will take place at the flag poles in front of the arena and then inside the team will have their three trophies on display – the regular season championship trophy, the Western Conference championship and the Sutherland Cup.

Team photos will be available to get autographs from players.

Fans are encouraged to wear red, make signs and join us along the parade route and at the arena to celebrate!

The Leamington Flyers won their first Sutherland Cup in franchise history on Tuesday in Stratford, beating the Warriors 4-0 to take the series 4-games-to-3.
