This Week Milan Dragway Sept 21-25
One of the best weekends of the year is here! Nostalgia Drags is here! They will be parking on Friday starting at 3 PM. We will have testing going on Friday night then the Nostalgia Drags on Saturday & Sunday.
This past weekend Milan Dragway fought Mother Nature in Milan and Team Milan fought her down in Indy during NHRA Division 3 ET Bracket Finals.
It was a pretty good year for Team Milan. Joe Novak Sr won the Super Pro Motorcycle Race of Champions on Saturday then Tim Buckley won the Super Pro main event AGAIN (he won in 2014) on Sunday night.
If that wasn’t cool enough, Marlon Howes took the Sportsman main event win meaning that Milan Dragway has not one, but TWO racers headed to Pomona this year! Overall the team finished in 4th out of 19 tracks! Back here, they managed to beat Mother Nature with patience and saw two shootouts go off and John Burkett win the belt from Kip Broaddus during the Liberty’s Gears No ET event!
