Windsor-Essex Easter Seals Celebrity Hockey Classic

What hockey fan hasn’t dreamed of lacing up and hitting the ice with their favourite NHL heroes? The Easter Seals Celebrity Hockey Classic series provides a once in a lifetime opportunity to get a VIP game day experience alongside real NHL celebrities.

For the first time ever, this incredible series is coming to the Windsor- Essex community on November 30 and December 1, 2023. Don’t miss your chance to get in the game!

The experience begins with an exclusive VIP Draft Party the evening of Thursday, November 30, 2023, located at St. Clair College for Performing Arts in Windsor. Participants get to meet and mix with NHL greats while enjoying food, drinks and live and silent sports auctions.

To add to the excitement, the NHL alumni Draft will take place with teams vying for the top draft pick with most funds raised. Celebrities confirmed to be part of this year’s event include:

  • Wendel Clark
  • Mike Krushelnyski
  • Andre Roy
  • Dave McLlwain
  • Todd Warriner
  • Derian Hatcher
  • EMCEE-Rod Black

The following morning, participants will head into a one-day tournament to be held on Friday, December 1, 2023, at WFCU Centre. Each team will receive full VIP locker room treatment and take the ice for a minimum of three games with the pros.

All proceeds raised from the Windsor-Essex Celebrity Hockey Classic go toward supporting children and youth with physical disabilities.
