The Windsor Express have signed Mesquite, TX, native Braylon Rayson for the up-coming 2017- 18 season
In accordance with team policy, terms of the contract were not announced.
The 5’ 9” guard joins the Express as an unrestricted free agent after completing four years at Central Michigan.
Rayson, nicknamed McBuckets, was twice named 3rd Team All-MAC with Central Michigan and is first in 3-pointers made (271) and attempts (768) in the history of CMU basketball.
With three games remaining in his collegiate career, Rayson dropped 88 pts over that span to reach 1,888 and finish 3rd all-time at CMU.
While with the Chippawas, Rayson started 113 of 127 games, including 110 in a row, dishing off 232 assists, and picking 131 steals.
“I am very excited to be playing in Windsor and am looking forward to the season beginning,” Rayson said. “I’ve been working out during the summer and can’t wait to meet the rest of the
guys.”
The Windsor Express training camp begins in November.
