Team Canada faces Team Korea in the semifinal on Thursday, Jan. 21 at 7 p.m. AT.

“It was an awesome game; we could hear the crowd from the bench and [that made it] really exciting for us. To be honest, I didn’t think I would get a second chance in the shootout. When coach Babey tapped me on the shoulder, I knew it was my chance to help my team. I’m just glad we got the win.” Adam Dixon (Midland, Ont.)

“It’s do-or-die starting now. This is how we have to approach the next game. I liked our effort tonight, no doubt we played well. We have to be ready for another hard game.” head coach Ken Babey (Saskatoon, Sask.)

“We haven’t lost a game in two years so this will be good for us to come down the mountain a little bit,” said Jeff Sauer, head coach of the U.S. National Sled Hockey Team. “You don’t have to win every game in these tournaments; just the right ones and tomorrow becomes the right one. Hopefully we’ll face them again.”
